Program Requirements
The masters degree with MSET concentration is offered under Plan II (without thesis) and is composed of 21 semester hours of required courses and an additional 15 semester hours of elective credits. Students must maintain a GPA of 3.0.

Elective Courses
Fifteen semester hours of 500 level courses in the area of your choice: mathematics,
science or educational technology.
Mathematics and Science Concentration
Elementary or secondary candidates pursuing a concentration in either mathematics or science may take any 300 or 400 level course within their content area which is approved by their advisor.
A minimum of 6 semester hours must be taken outside the College of Education.
Seven Year Rule
All work toward the master’s degree,
including transferred credits, must be completed within a seven year period beginning with the semester of the first graduate course taken within the program.
